I everybody, Ramón here.
Long time since I posted something in this forum,.....back when I was younger (and I couldn't write in English, so my post were in the Spanish thread )
Now I'm (early) retired in Ireland and I have time to play OG.
So, I decided to play some Campaigns. I was happily surprised seen so many good work here.
I really appreciate the work of the designers. Thank you very much!
I specially like LXF equipment and the good job made there.
I discovered I have some "bad" habits when playing (specially when I start to have bad outcomes ) .
I take a peek into the scenario in the Suite. And/Or...
I save (before an important movement or attack) and reload if the result is not good (much lower than the estimation)
Shame on me! but, Is that acceptable for the Campaign Challenges?
Also I'm playing the largest Campaign (We search for ways, LXF) that I played before and have a lot of fun. But this time I want to "compensate" my bad habits playing at 0% and never reaching the Cap (counting the protos) Will be ok to post the AAR and some comments here?
Thanks everybody!

Hi Ramón
The campaign announcement posts that can be found in the campaign archieve forum contain the levels and at what levels relaoding is accepted.
An example from CC76:
Posting AARs and comments is what this forum is for.

I hope this answers some of your questions. The playing levels are as follows:
0% General of the Army (GOA) level
20% Field Marshal’s level
40% General’s level
60% Officer’s level
80% NCO level
100% or above Troopie’s level
Players playing at the three lowest prestige levels (GOA, Field Marshal and General ) as usual are asked to refrain from reloading during a scenario, or reloading for prototypes.
Posting AARs and comments is what this forum is for.

Re: Comming back to Campaign Challenges
Hi Ramon, welcome back to the forum.
As moderator of the CC sub-forum, I would like to ask you to post the AAR of the LXF campaign We Search For Ways in the Designer sub-forum as a playtest.
viewforum.php?f=7
The reasoning is simple: the CC sub-forum is only for campaigns that are designed as a campaign challenge, tied to game conditions (as described by Wonderdoctor), assigned a sequential numbering (currently 1 through MTC1), and upon successful completion entitle the player to enter the result in the Scroll of Honor.
The We Search For Ways campaign does not have this status. It is a "normal" campaign that everyone can play with their own rules.
We are looking forward to your AAR.

Re: Comming back to Campaign Challenges
Thank you all for the tips!
I have started posting in the Designer sub-forum my "adventures" in The We Search for Ways campaign.
Horst, do you think the London scenario in the LXF efile is suitable for PBEM?
If it is will be thrilling!

Not really sure because it is part of a campaign. But we could try. It should be London 54. If you agree I will send you an opening move.
