Could somebody please refresh my memory? Till now I had the unit ground range displayed as a red circle and the air range as a blue one in Open General.
Now earlier today when I added the RC zip to my game I must have overwritten this setting somehow, because since then I only see the red line. I do vaguely remember there was a setting for this but my memory has faded, I can't recall where it was...

Where is this setting?

None - is right - the file (hex_outlines.png) is old (shorter)

You are right, the .rar file includes an old png
I'll fix in coming next RC package

"hex_outlines.png" is the name of the culprit? Thanks sympatyk!
I have at least 3 versions of OG installed, I'll copy it over.
