there are 18 normal ranks on the og forum, the 4-star generals can have their own special rank and paroli
the first 9 ranks (NCOs) are based on the number of the posts, the next 9+1 ranks (officers & student officer) are based on the contribution to the community
parolis are based on the real parolis used by the estonian army

Only the old special rank paroli/insignias looks very small compared to the new forum standart ones. I like the new ones as well, but maybe the old special ranks paroli could need an "upgrade"? I would volunteer if needed.
i guess mine has the same height, and mabe Jurgen's has the same too, but pzm, Luis and other guys defintely have smaller gif images. maybe the higher the rank, the smaller the paroli should be, compensating the growing ego
seriously, if you can improve anything, you are welcome! just ask the guy whose paroli you'd fix before spending too much time on it
It is also the width that is much smaller than the new standart paroli. Anyway, if anybody with a special rank feels, he/she wants an upgrade, feel free to contact me and we will work it out Be it now or in 5 years time
i try to reinstate old ranks what people had on jp's, but my presence is hectic and my attention is grabbed so much work/life related stuffs, so i easly can miss somebody or mess things up
please, don't hesitate to report when i do an oopsie or forget to set your old ranks
