i have played all the campaigns on the atup game installer it lists 165 campaigns how do i add the missing ones

What do you mean when you write - "how do i add the missing ones"? --> campaigns from PG2 Pack: (zip package containing a selected collection of PG2 equipment files and campaigns)

or campaigns from other sources?

Generally, campaigns downloaded with the e-file should be (after unpacking if necessary) pasted into the main game folder
