List of Missing Files for each EFILE.

Hello everyone, due to talks with user "@sympatyk", i decided to compile a list of seemly missing files when OpenGeneral checks for them in the interface and are seemly missing even when attempting to Convert PG2 campaigns to OG. Hopefully this helps others when looking for what is playable or not when installing the full packages avaiable on Open General packages.
The one campaign i was trying to get it working was the 10. Brygada Kawalerii. If anyone can help me out with that one at least, i would be very grateful. Hopefully this list also helps whoever maintains the files on the site that OpenGeneral connects to!
Note: i have downloaded all the packages avaiable on the site, this means that some missing files are duplicated in other EFILES, but i kept a full list for completion, so my list of verified campaign files is:

- Australian Bougainville Campaign 1944-45: bcampdfb.cam has all its 12 .map files missing.
EFILE_ORONZO:
- German Africa Campaign: Camp8.cam has 1 missing map file: ALEXANDR.map
EFILE_OPENPG:
- 1939 Campaign v1.0: cam1.xcam has all its 29 Map pictures missing.
EFILE_OLGWW2:
- Blitz 2012: camp6jh3.cam has 6 missing map files: jh3seva, jh3viib, jh3CEUTA, jh3ponyri, jh3IASI and jh3seal.
EFILE_LXF:
- 1935-51 British Commonwealth Campaign: camp6bn15.xcam has missing 19 scenario files: scenario #21 through #39
- 1937-42 GErman Northren Theater Campaign: camp6bn19.xcam has 12 missing scenario files: scenario #15 through #20, then #28 through #33.

KG Blitzkrieg: campkg1.cam has 1 missing mapfile: KGMALTA.map
EFILE_COMWW2:
- Blitz 2012: camp6jh3.cam has 23 missing scenario files.
EFILE_Clu:
Armageddon - Final Battle Between the Oder and the Elbe: armclu.cam has 11 missing scenario, map picture and mapfiles.
EFILE_CC30:
- Deutsches Afrika-Korps: DAK.xcam has missing 3 map pictures: MATRUH2.map, ALAMEIN.map on Scenario 7 and ALAMEIN.map on Scenario 8.
EFILE_CC07:
- Crusade in the West Extension Campaign, V.1.1: ns_usa_ext.cam has 11 missing scenario files: Scenarios #25,#27-29,#34,#39,#42-44,#48-49.
EFILE_BASEKORP:
- German World Campaign: cas7ger.xcam has 2 missing map pictures, map picture 07 on scenario #31 and map picture 05 on scenario #33
EFILE_ALEX:
-Czechtniks: newsasa.cam has all its scenario files missing, #0 through #16.
EFILE_AK4K:
-10. Brygada Kawalerii: 10kb.cam has 2 missing mapfile, WARSAWP.map on scenarios #11 and #13
-Franco-Italian Colonial War:ficw.cam has 2 missing mapfiles, trablus.map and janzour.map
-Big Red One - US 1st Infantry Division: ocampdfo.cam has 14 missing mapfiles, from scenarios #0-6, #8-15#

-German Gibraltar Campaign 1941-1943: gcampdfg.cam has 5 missing mapfiles, for scenarios #2-5 and #10.

Anyway, one should always use the latest version of the efile, downloadable from dropbox. The version that comes with the game is not supported and must be very old. I asked to take it down a long time (must be years) ago, because it could not be updated properly but it was also not possible to take it down.
