A Question About Choosing Sides
I would like to play Cowboy Attack as the Allies with the Axis being played by the AI , Is that possible, because every time I choose the Allies as the active player the only choice for the Axis is is active player

Welcome to the forum! 
The campaign play sides are predetermined, you can't switch them like in single scenario play.
But - and i might be mistaken, working off memory here and it's been a looong time i looked at the Cowboy Attack campaign - i believe this was creating by adopting scenarios from Allied General's US campaign. So you could play that, it is included with the default PGF bundle.
