As in the subject
Who still visits here? --> Only guests and robots
Who writes here?
New people log in but don't say anything...
Summer break or boredom?

I also visit every day .. and a lot of guests and robots visit
So what topics would be appropriate for people to write here ..
I try to create various technical topics, but there is no response .. apparently they are not needed?

That is one way of characterizing the phenomenon... but I think there is more between those lines than just monologues...
Traffic not being much is always relative.
Compared with many glorious years in the age of old JP´s, of course it looks rather slow.
You can also compare with times there was no forum at all, just to force perspective.
Considering this is already a veteran project, based on a game that goes even further back in time, I would say chances should be that this be only a record forum, at best.
Instead, there is still some movement going on.

If you have fun compiling these technical informations, then why not do it?
For example, my plan was to not touch any maps until winter but after 2 or 3 months my fingers were itching so to speak and i started making a new map. Is it needed? Will there be response? I don't know but it doesn't matter because it is fun for me and a hobby
So when it is fun - go for it!

I'm still checking in - however my work situation is such lately that i no longer have time for hobbies
Hopefully that clears up soon and i'll be more active here again...

Yes, I have fun while working on maps or other things..
But, I don't do all these things for myself
I don't make maps anymore, because their main recipient was Gustlik, also 70 maps for PEG, because Micha was their recipient
You could say that I do it for the community of this game
Some technical topics need feedback
For example, if I write about making a movie and its parameters --> then I need feedback (not all monitors are the same - people have different ones)
Which is good for me, but I don't know if it is for most people
The forum is generally for exchanging thoughts and sharing experiences --> is it supposed to be a monologue?
Is this forum still a community - or are we just individuals?
Do we try to help each other?

Here is my honest opinion:
Nobody will create a video because there is a thread about making videos.
Nobody will make a map because there is a thread about making maps.
Nobody will make a campaign because there is a thread about making campaigns.
And so on...
Intrinsic motivation is needed.
Just make a video instead of talking in great length and detail about making videos without any result.
Just make a map instead of talking in great length and detail about making maps without any result.
Just make a campaign instead of talking in great length and detail about making campaigns without any result.
And so on...
If you make a video and start a youtube channel, people will watch it.
If you create a map, people will use it.
If you design a campaign, people will play it.
And so on...
If someone needs help, they will ask anyway. But they most likely will not read long threads. At least that is my experience of 25 years of internet.
For example, I have an other hobby: building Lego Star Wars Creations for a RPG. The RPG is almost dead, like this forum. But it is fun to build the stuff, so i would do it anyway. Intrinsic motivation! Here you can see them:

Summer break or boredom?
I am only writing for myself: neither one nor the other.
There were or are simply many activities outside the forum that interest me and that I spend a lot of time following.
Because I'm interested in sport, I'm following the Olympic Games in Paris. German television offers many live streams from 9 a.m. until late at night. Last week was also the Wacken Open Air. A German mobile phone provider also offered this event from midday to midnight with two live streams at the same time. So I had more of a problem deciding which of the many live offers to watch. Not boredom, but a lack of time.
