Unfortunately, your AAR does not provide any information about prestige.

Therefore, my questions are: Is there a prestige cap, and what is the average map and turn prestige? What are the victory bonuses, and are they staggered? Are all units automatically repaired after each scenario?
Are there core units at the start of the campaign (I only see a submarine with *), or does the player have to buy everything themselves according to their own preferences?

What about air warfare? I only see this small bomber and no fighters. Does the AI have aircraft?

There will be.
what is the average map and turn prestige?
0-200 average turn prestige, 0-200 map prestige with some higher exceptions
What are the victory bonuses, and are they staggered?
0-200 for most regular scenarios and 0-800 for choice scenarios.

Yes

The first playable scenario - if the player wants to try and overthrow the Austrofascists - is played without core units / option to buy core units.
What about air warfare? I only see this small bomber and no fighters. Does the AI have aircraft?
The Hs 126B-1 is a "gift" at the start of the Polish campaign. The player has aux planes in quite a few of the scenarios - and so has the AI. The player is allowed to buy planes, but might want to spend pp on other things - which I have done. With more pp gathered as the campaign continues, choices might tilt in favor of spending some pp on planes. What I am trying to avoid here is cores of tens of thousands of pp / many dozens of units and scenarios with hundreds of units. The chaos that Crusader is, is the first exception.
