for security reasons, we haven't allowed uploading avatar pictures, but it doesn't mean you can use your favorite pictures
as a default collection, we use waving flags grouped by the first letter of the english name of the country (so spain can be found in the collection: country-s, germany in the country-g, poland in country-p, etc.)
and there is also a special folder called "usermade" where i can upload the avatars what you want to use. it should be larger than 25*25 px but smaller than 75*75 px. as long as jp's forum is online, i can copy your old avatars, or if you want a new one, just send me (Luis can upload them too, but he has much more important jobs)
