Thanks for creating this spamfree spot.

It has been quite a journey moving from the SSI forum to the old JP's (disappeared in the great meltdown) & Praetorians Oasis (died when Lasse disappeared but quite a few posts still there) to the current JPs that is now flooded by Putin's friends. Nice to see that the community lives on

Unfortunately I don't know the new designed campaigns. The newest I know, is the Ottoman campaign for Kaiser e-file.

This campaign has many pros: it's designed by the community, it's rather blitzkrieg-style campaign, it's not too complex (no add-ons, no sophisticated rules), the scenarios are decent, the core management is fine, the length is OK, the e-file is great. But it also has few cons: the initial scenarios are auxiliary heavy and few battles are overdone. But it can be easily redone, by removing some AI's leaders and recons. I can do this, and we could start at the veterans day (11 XI 2019).

I think i can answer your question from JP's here. Yes, this new OG forum will be the new home of the CCs and you will find the announcement of every CC in the CC archive sub-forum and current CC runs in the CC sub-forum . Have fun

Please save your current CC75! Create a new thread in this sub-forum viewforum.php?f=13 and copy the complete AAR from JP's Panzers into it. Then just keep playing and finish the campaign in this forum. When they finish the campaign they will be added to the SoH.

Greetings to men, elves, and all the free peoples of Open General Forum!

First, lets get it clear, if someone finds at memory's bottom that "Bombast" sounds familiar, well, it is.
In JP's I was known as Teophrastus Bombastus, one of the odd fellows that followed primarily Crouch's PGX mod.
I still play primarily PGX, when it comes to PG variants, but I frequently revisit OG, too.
That, combined with the reminiscence of the Esprit de Corps that most of those present in both "old and new" forums knew how to create and keep seem more than enough for me to seek not to loose contact with both subject and people.

Wish yous good conclusions for your ongoing projects and capabilities to start new ones afterwards...

Been adrift in the aether for a bit but saw Rad's post about the new forum @ the daily trivia game.

I played some OG stuff a few years back and liked what Luis et al have done with it.

Might get back into some campaign work and resurrect some of my PeG stuff.
