first of all, i'm in a semi-serious state when the second bottle of sparkling wine demolished my politeness but i'm still not in a berzerker mode, so it's an "i don't give a shirt* who cares, i'm just fed up with the general ignorance of the human beings"

so, my current candidates to be on the top of my blacklist:

1. anybody who thinks the term "blacklist" is racist, but doesn't support to wipe out nigeria and montenegro from the maps
2. anybody who thinks the "xyz is well worth a mass" idiom means "it's worth to speak about it". it's a very common mistake in hungary. seriously, these horse-f*cker huns never learnt civilazition? if you drink an excellent wine, you can say that you could betray your personal believes for that bottle, but a meaningless jibber-jabber about something perishable whim is not worth for anything. especially not selling your faith. otoh, a good wine does, of course
3. those fucking morons who make lists. needless to say

actually i had just tested the phpbb forum engine in 2019, and had defined a few cenzored expressions based on the good place tv series, where people couldn't use curse words in their afterlives, and i completely forgot it later, so it surprised me too seeing it in action of course, we can deactivate this module anytime, if vox populi says so

there is a hungarian expression about the ancient hun(garian)s living their entire lives by riding on horses, we say "they softened the meat under the saddle". the generic interpretation is that just like many other tribes living on the steppe, our ancestors prepared their meals for cooking while riding on horses, but i simply can't refuse the very trivial and naughty sexual connotations

Connotation #1 : We got to eat something reasonably edible...

Connotation #2 : (Some ?) disagreeable females can be softened...

Connotation #3 : (Some ?) conquered / occupied peoples can be rendered less unruly...

first look from Italian eyes (Montenegro as geographical name is btw their creation coinciding fall of medieval Rascia (roughly) as region was both for Serbs and Italians known as Doclea or Zeta before) So example: Montenegro i.e. Black Hills vs Albania i.e. White lands

from Turkish eyes: Black George (national hero Karageorge) vs ....will have to think what was white for them, except Arabic dresses

from Serb eyes: White city (Belgrade) vs many geographical places with black- prefix in southern regions.... Kosovo is "blackbird field" but only in English though .... or Black Chetniks / "White" Chetniks (ww2 divide) or Black Hand & White Hand (some kings counter organisation) etc.



generally, for history lovers, it seems that black was often atributed to Serbs in many eras, was it due to geography, dressing habits, behaviour, fear factor or mentality or fighting spirit (rarely maybe even darker hair, beards or sun washed skin in instances). interesting for cultural research. of course blacks and darker skinned shouldn't be paranoid as "black" was often used as something reperesenting something fearsome or dark as night... i'm out of it, already known that i like details

There's a Portuguese popular expression that goes like "saiste-me um grande macaco".
In English it would be something like "you've turned out to be a great monkey".
Just go to some suburban neighbourhoods around here, especially those that serve as "sleeping quarters" to Lisbon, say that aloud and you'll be sliced and grilled.
Yet, that long existing expression is an allusion to the sense of sageness traditionally associated with monkeys.
