OLGWW2 : removed the older version (3.0) of the duplicated Blitz 2008 campaign and fixed the choice scenario of the newer version (3.2)

this is an accumulated report about the changes from the last two months, as the “big png alpha channel fix” sometimes produced a larger png file, and choosing and restoring the smaller files took some times, finally it’s finished now
