Stuck in a Map Loop on Atomic

Hi all, I'm stuck in a Map Loop on Atomic Weltkrieg. After Operation Hercules (#41) it bumps me back to Battle of Stalingrad II (#35). Anything I can do to fix it? I reinstalled Open General, but that didn't work.

Did you update the efile/campaign throughout your campaign run? The numbering of the scenarios changed, after more scenarios have been added and so the different versions of the campaign are not compatible.

Technically there is a way around this but I guess you have to edit it in suite for every scenario and maybe there will be other issues. It is hard to tell from here.

If you still have the old version of the efile you could go back to that. But I am afraid the best option is to restart the campaign, if that is an option? I am sorry for the hassle, that comes when everything is always work in progress At least the current version is final when it comes to the numbering of scenarios since I hit the OG scenario limit.

I'm playing through it again with the new version. I'm on scenario 26 (Battle of Dnipro..) and the map looks different/ lower quality. Can't remember if that's normal, or does that indicate a problem?

Also, when I check for maps it's saying scenario 28 isn't available (Map Picture 1588 not found even on FTP.) Is there something I need to do to fix that?

In fact, map number 1588 is not downloading from the OG server.

It can be downloaded from the Polish server.

I wonder why this happens Other people must have downloaded the map before through the game, or not? If somebody else had the problem, maybe they can write here.

In any case, if the game's automatic download fails to work, you can also always check out http://mapfinder.gilestiel.eu/ where you can browse and download all maps.
