I don't know if we understand each other well .. (I probably wrote it imprecisely)
You have to open the saved game in the latest exe engine and generate the report again --> If at the time of your victory there were enemy units left on the map (Player 2 France, Serbia) --> they should be shown (the report does not show the killed units)
To sum up
If at the time of your victory the opponent had units (French, Serbian) - they should be shown in the report
If not --> report the error to Luis
As evidence
Open the saved game in Suite - check how many and which French and Serbian units are left
Compare with the generated report
