CC Packs converted to OG formats for DL (www.open-general.com)

I've converted all CC campaigns to OG format (.xcam and .xscn) and thus CC Packs subfolder and CC Pack Special packages include now both the PG2 compatible format campaigns and also those campaigns converted to OG format.

If anyone finds any issue, please post here in order to fix.
