to Open GeneralIf you make changes to equipment file when a scenario/savegame is loaded, you won't see any change, because OG loads the efile only when a new equipment file is loaded, either at start or when you change to a different EFILE_FOLDER (other equipment).
Thus, to see the changes you make, must restart the game.
