Screen resolution? Maybe I am not seeing it?

On Open General, I finally installed it after finding this place almost 2 years ago:

I think I have played the original Panzer General 2 every way I can think of, every original campaign plus the ones made the players.

Anyway, when I start Open General, it runs in 640x480.

I want it to run in a higher resolution so I can see the whole map without having to scroll left and right up and down.

But it goes back to 640x480.
