It depends. If you have separate messages for "incompatible leader", I would state something along the lines of "This unit's current leader is incompatible with the current unit or its configuration". Or something like that.

I'd say we can still live without that for a time Yes, I'd vote "not very important" indeed. Once you know it, it's easy to extrapolate while placing units. I for one am used to it... :lol There are more annoying quirks in Open Suite, IMHO at least, like the fact every time you buy a unit...
