You must not underestimate the british counterattacks though they come late but can cause trouble especially the one from SE. Indeed are the bombers which can attack a neighboring hex an alternative for multiple attacks on the same target. But the abilities of [R] are much stronger in reconnaissance, multiple attack and using [C] for assistance. Would be great to add some more [R] planes to the e-file

I like it really. I distract core units with strength 5 or less from the front and refresh them. Normally they come back when they have 8 or more.

Indeed I stick to my Blitzkrieg fast speed high quality army. I think you are right. It is not well adapted to cold winter war in vast Russia against lots of soviet tanks and infantry. But we will see.

Sure I discovered the speedboats but decided to neglect them because they could not conquer hexes. Only when I discoverd that russian ground units must have embarked in Azov and sailed across the Azovskyie more and conquered Taganrog I had to react.
